Blended Type Family Stories is a collective research-in-progress about multi-script typography with Loraine Furter - Garine Gokceyan - Lisa Huang - Émilie Aurat. We use decolonial and feminist tools, centre on diasporic experiences, pay attention to personal, professional, family stories and anecdotes, to bring a contemporary reflection on multi-script typographic creation today. During the first lockdown of 2020 I took part in the L.i.P (Liberation in Print) collective research on feminist periodicals curated by Futuress. I studied Leïla, the first periodical centered on Tunisian women's emancipation. You can read my article on Futuress' website.
